Es un precio muy económico para estar en pleno casco histórico, junto a la muralla y el mar. Tiene justo al lado la salida a una de las playas de rocas pegadas a la muralla, que son una gozada. El trato con la propietaria fue excelente, incluso ofreció descuento en un restaurante aledaño. La ubicación es difícilmente mejorable. Tiene un terracita que da directamente a la muralla.
La distribución de la casa la hace algo más incómoda de lo que debería ser por su tamaño, aunque es una pega menor. De las 5 plazas del apartamento, tres se comparten en una misma habitación, a tener en cuenta si se va en parejas. La llegada puede ser complicada si tienes problemas de movilidad, hay que subir bastantes escaleras, pero es algo común en la Old Town de Dubrovnik.

Spain- 29.08.2011 - El apartamento está situado en el interior de la zona antigua y céntrica de Dubrovnic. El nuestro tenía una mini cocina, lavabo amplio, y dos camas cómodas. Tiene una terracita comunitaria. Tv, wifi, aire acondicionado. A 2 min caminando hay una playa. Muy bien situados. Pero lo mejor de todo es la mujer que lo lleva, Nevena, que se ocupó de nosostros de manera excepcional, como en ningún otro apartamento lo habían hecho. Hace que tu estancia sea lo mas cómoda posible, informándote de todo lo que necesitas. Incluso nos dejó ducharnos, habiendo dejado ya la habitación por la mañana
We had an absolutely fantastic stay in this apartment, the location was perfect, right in the old town, close to a beach and next to the city walls. The apartment was very comfortable and the owners could not do enough for us, they were extremely helpful and even came and met us in the centre of toown in order to take us to the apartment. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

29.08.2011 - France - On a pu toucher les remparts de Dubrovnic de l’intérieur de l’appartement. Situation géographique excellente juste derrière la cathédrale, du côté où ça “monte” le moins (à prendre en compte pour le transport des bagages; pas de voiture à Dubrovnic). Décoration adaptée au style de l’appartement, petit, certes, mais très fonctionnel et bien équipé. Notre hôte d’une gentillesse et très serviable.

This was a lovelly apartment on the top floor , fantastic location , you could almost lean over the balcony and touch the city wall ! full of charachter in a very old building , added to by the owners slightly quirky taste which made it stand out. It has one bedroom with a double and 2 singles with a balcony overlooking the city wall and sea { go down the stairs out of the apartment and through the little door in the city wall and you find yourself in a bar on the rocks fantastic location ] . there is a dining room area and kitchen , a second balcony at the back with table and chairs and a small spiral stair up to a roof attic space with 2 more single beds . And finally the owners who were absolutely lovely , who gave us fresh just cooked filo meat and potato pie , some beer and fresh fruit on arrival. Abjanics vertinne var helt fantastisk! En lignende mottagelse har vi ikke opplevd på vår reise gjennom Kroatia. Da vi kom ble vi møtt med fruktkurv og spørsmål om vi hadde lyst på en kald pils hver! Herlig etterlengtet. Hun viste oss på kartet rundt I byen, og anbefalte noen spisesteder. Vi prøvde ut 2 av dem som viste seg å være superbra! Stor og romslig leilighet med alt du trenger. 08.08.2011. - Ireland - The apartment was beautiful. The Decor gave it a real old world feel. I do not honestly think there is a better located apartment in Dubrovnik. It is right inside the town wall in a lovely quiet area of old town. The owner was simply lovely. She was always available and helpful. Everything about our stay was lovely and I would reccomend this apartment highly.

It´s not easy to arrive at the apartment if you have a lot of luggage because you have to walk in the old town, which cannot be reached by a car.
28.07.2011. - France - Nevena, the owner is really nice and easy to talk to. The location is the best! It’s near Buza beach, the hole in the wall and probably the best beach in Dubrovnik intramuros because the other beach, Buza 2, was too high.

Es dificil llegar arrastrando un equipaje para varios dias, por la zona peatonal y con muchas escaleras. Nosotros llevabamos material para navegar.

16.06.2011 - United States of America - Location was good, although it should be noted that there are no taxis allowed in Old Town Dubrovnik, so you have to carry your bags from the Pile Gate. The unit was small but comfortable. Cooking facilities were adequate. Bathroom was modern and clean.
23.05.2011 - Finland - Kiva huoneistohotelli, jonka ainoa miinus on että oven eteen ei pääse autolla (kuten ei mihinkään vanhassa kaupungissa). Kahden hengen huoneen vieressä on ravintola, jonka äänet eivät kuitenkaan ole häiritseviä. Noin 10 metrin päässä ulko-ovesta on käynti muurin ulkopuolelle tehdylle terassille, jossa on mukava naukkailla juomia merinäköalasta nauttien. Useamman hengen huoneet sijaitsevat muutaman kulman takana tästä kahden hengen huoneesta. Perus keitto- ja suihkuvarustus löytyy ja tarvittavat muut tavarat saa kaupasta. Oma, suojainen ja katettu terassi löytyy. Kannattaa tutustua google mapsiin ja hotellin sijaintiin jotta hotellin löytäminen tapahtuisi kivuttomammin. Hotellin emäntä oli erittäin ystävällinen ja lämminhenkinen. Suosittelen!

03.05.2011. - Netherlands - Het appartement is tegen de vestingmuur gebouwd. De kamer was netjes en ruim met alle faciliteiten. De eigenaresse was wel bijzonder vriendelijk en gastvrij. Zij heeft zelfs een heerlijke cake (lees:taart) voor ons gemaakt. De locatie van het appartement is super, 300 mtr. verder kun je onder de vestingmuur op de rotsen aan het water liggen! Kortom wij hebben er van kunnen genieten.
L.F. - Poland - Arrival Date - 2010-09-16 - Apt.4 - Comment - we had a great time staying at the Abjanic apt. It’s quite small but very practical- it had two beds, full bathroom, and a kitchen. The location is awesome (right next to a beach that’s on the outside of the wall and has an entry). The apt is very clean too and the lady that runs it is very helpful. I would definitelly stay there again

We were only in the old town for a couple of days so it was great to stay so centrally. The owner was nice and helpful and we enjoyed our stay very much.

The room also had a little kitchen and a terrace to sit on and have breakfast or lunch. It was also very quiet. We would recommend this hostel to anyone.

The apartment was extremely clean, very private, with a kitchen well equipped and a spotless bathroom. The location is also unbeatable, in the middle of the old town. The only negative point is the lack of light, but all the other points make up for it. We would definately recommend it, and would go back there anytime.

Only criticism is lack of Condiments (tea bags, coffee, sugar) which are always a nice touch in any accommodation.

Really clean, quite large and had great views of the city walls (2 metres away) and of the sea. Only a 1 minute walk to the rocky beach and 2 minutes from the central square with all the bars. The owner was very kind and friendly. Made my Dubrovnik visit so much better!

The place is clean but not the biggest place (can be expected). We both enjoyed it and had no issues. The nearby “beach” was pleasant to sit out on and enjoy some beers (which it is easier just to bring your own instead of paying the ridiculous prices they charge out there).
